About Dr. Chris Owen-Chiropractor
Dr. Chris is a veteran of over thirty six years of practise as a Chiropractor. Dr. Chris brings a wealth of clinical experience from both in Australia, and ten years international practice in Dubai.
As a child, Chris suffered from asthma attacks that made him a frequent visitor to the emergency room. His parents thought that there had to be a better alternative, and brought him to a Chiropractor. ”After one month of Chiropractic care, my life was changed. I didn’t have to go to the hospital to receive cortisone anymore.”
Chris’s Chiropractor, Dr. David Pryor became his mentor and continues to inspire Chris to this day.
Chris attended R.M.I.T. University to study Chiropractic and had a particular interest in anatomy and physiology. He completed hundreds of hands on training hours, before completing the five year undergraduate Chiropractic degree in 1985.
Dr. Chris now brings over thirty years of experience to his patients and has operated six successful practices in Australia, including Isle of Capri, Ashmore and Helensvale and three practices in Dubai United Arab Emirates.
He has helped Olympic Gold Medallists, Formula One World Champions, Group A jockeys and Royal family members alike.
Dr. Chris says “I firmly believe EVERYONE of my patients is a Superstar…and I promise to treat them as such.”
Chris enjoys surfing and other water based sports and is joyed to be back on the Gold Coast at Miami.
